Yes, and that doesn't mean that the Jewish community is being attacked for being Jewish, which is what is necessary for anti-Semitism. Whereas the gap between poor black people being incarcerated and poor white people being incarcerated does show that the justice system is inherently racist.

It isn't a strawman because that isn't the definition of communism, as it is capitalism. You have to show there is a logical link between communism and authoritarianism through the transitionary period of the State. All previous communist states were constructed through vanguardism, which is what leads to the dictatorship. This is not true of communism at large until you show it is.
The fact that gains can be made from trade necessarily means someone is losing out. And this doesn't factor in the mechanisms of labor and production, which you have to define in capitalism. You can't call it "ideal capitalism" because there is a logical link between the notion of surplus value and the deprivation of value from some. Surplus value is the "gains from trade" (and production). You cannot have it without someone losing.
im telling you its not the definition of capitalism on capitalism's terms. you are defining it on your own terms. i can equivalently give you a wrong definition of communism from my terms.
