The build is usually Phase Boots BKB if you're support, Bracer Bracer Phase Boots BKB if you're offlane.

I tried the build and it had low impact compared to my usual mobility + utility items
Falcons are fun with all the mana regen but also felt my mana pool was a little small
Bloodstone spell lifesteal has basically never helped me and same for mjollnir
I would build in future: 3x falcon - lotus - blink in there somewhere. Shard in there somewhere
Aghs itself once again pretty low impact
Basically I had 3 5k gold items that do nothing after basically free farming all game

I know ever since the anchor smash change it is tempting to try damage builds but lets be real tidehunter is not a dps hero. Pick bristlebog or anti mage instead omegalul
