trans people are an issue: I was at the pool and some poor woman in her 70s came up to me and told me a Chinese man was in the womans locker room, but then calmed herself by telling me that maybe he just didn't speak English.
That's the trans issues I'm running into in my daily life.

Short people are arguably more oppressed by society than trans people. It's perfectly socially acceptable to make fun of short people - making fun of trans people is widely considered socially unacceptable and in poor taste.
I find 'short' offensive please use vertically challenged instead
