there is always 1 confirmed town at all times. vengeful dying kills the conf town but makes a non-confirmed town a confirmed town, the net change is that 1 non-confirmed town dying
so like vengeful dying is like a "free shot" for town, reducing our PoE by one
the host probably tried to balance it to make it closer to 7v4 but yea i would have made it 7v5 just personally
