Your wife and you can move in to your grandparents house when they die. Until People are having 8 children per household again, not a problem!
That's a privileged situation, most In need don't have family with paid off property to pass down
The problem here stems from corporations and rich people buying a bunch of houses to resell later that just sit empty. Love capitalism
You can buy Doritos with EBT, I think my main point is that you already have a large core group of welfare recipients taking advantage of the current system that it would be even worse and cost more money if you just gave them straight cash
Basically, black people fuck it up for everyone else
Maybe dont sell lol
If most white People arent homeless and White populations are declining then The supposed "problem" is fixing itself
Do you think people usually pay houses off in full or that they hand down fully paid off houses or that they have the bandwidth to fix up and sell the home for a good price and find a better and move there
You have a net, they don't and that's a problem. They could still contribute to society with a hand and grow beyond their means if they were provided the proper resources so we can't really say screw them either.
It's a house of cards and they make up the bottom layer. Most overhead pressure, and makes up the foundation so we can't really ignore them either unless we all want to fall down
Right, more proof that the market regulates itself!
You think boomer grandparents give a fuck about their children/grandchildren enough to not sell their house for overinflated prices so they can buy a tiny condo in Florida and play penny slots for the remaining 15 years of their life
The boomer flu was a blessing not a curse
God heard the collective cries of two generations worth of people and sent down a plague that kills/maims people of the most hated generation and people actually fell for another boomer trick by letting boomers tell us to vax and wear masks, fuck that spread that shit, youâre sick for a week but the boomer who got it from you is going to die
âHow are we going to provide social security for the baby boomersâ
âNo vaccines, no mask mandatesâ
Greedy capitalists sitting on empty houses they bought from boomers and refusing to let anyone live in them
None of that has anything to do with there not being enough houses or apartments (there are)
Investment firms are buying tons of houses yes, but even if they rent them out itâs not the same as a family owned home even with a mortgage where the payment will stay the same for 30 years, they raise the rent for inflation every year and itâs quickly unaffordable to rent most of these fucking places, not to mention to get a rural house on like half an acre costs like 350k anywhere now
Minimum 350k for a shit house
I dont think half an achre of land is comparable too a 1 room shithole for "students" and whatever these animals want built but I agree that we should tear down all major cities to make room for houses like that to be built
