I’m sure it will be good in due time - Slowdive is one of my favourite posters on the site now and we got off on the wrong foot (and still are on the wrong foot).

I may of wrote this before but Kevin Shields grew up about a 5 minute drive from me and from when I first heard his music and wasn’t aware he was Irish - I felt some geographical connection, something about the sound is so Irish it’s impossible to explain.
That said; and probably only because I wasn’t into my bloody valentine before mbv; I think mbv is a perfect album in every way.
